Samantha & Josh | Mountain Maternity Session

Samantha and Josh are generally up for most things I suggest... as you can see here, here and here. Obviously, we had to do a mountain maternity session!

Their baby, Hayes, is already 6 weeks old, but I wanted to share this beautiful mountain maternity session with you, and I will post their in-home family session soon.

I am an Alberta girl through and through... I love our prairies, coulees, and mountains, and I love that they are all so close to us in Lethbridge.  So with just over an hour drive, we headed to Castle Mountain on a Sunday night to get the perfect light. We were eaten alive by all the mosquitos, even with a little shower of DEET.  Kyle came along for the ride to Castle Mountain, so I got a few photos of me working (yay) and shots from a completely different perspective.  Thank you, Kyle!!!

Sam & Josh, thank you for always being up to my suggestions for photos, and being (mostly) willing participants.  Thank you for having me be the one to capture another one of the important chapters of your life.  You are amazing together, and amazing parents. I love you all so much, and I am so proud of you!
